I’m so excited about some more of my Chicago finds… the Indian Chief, the bee belt buckle, and the 1904 Fudge Contest. Other sources of inspiration include a 1936 Sterling Smith & Corona 2nd prize for proficiency in typing, a 1908 Montevideo Science commemorative plaque, and a amazing trophy medal of a stag from Budapest.
Everything old is new again.
After quite a few men expressed that they needed man jewelry, I felt it was time to heed their call.
New display made yesterday of a 1930’s fireplace screen and found craftsman brass pulls. Love my Chicago finds! Personal slipper ashtrays (1920-40’s) and 1933 Century of Progress business card holder.
Thank you Carol Vaziri for taking these amazing photos.
“I had a dream I was a clown in a dream. A clown in a dream falling upside down,
and when I woke up I was a dream in a clown.”
I’m pleased to be able to use this format to show you what I’ve been up to and where you can find my work! I have been working hard to find the ultimate inspirational finds. As luck would have it, I have had tremendous good fortune and am able to provide some of my most interesting and ecclectic work yet.
The Holiday crafty season is now upon us and here is the low down on where to find me. I was just involved in establishing the first Annual Petaluma Downtown Craft Mart with a team of amazing gals! Together we were able to raise a sizable donation for COTS and we couldn’t be happier with the turnout! It was a tremendous success and we are eager to plan our next big event. This Thursday December 3rd I will be at Handmade Ho-Down at 1015 Folsom St., SF from 6 to midnight. This is a fundraiser for Drawbridge and guests are encouraged to bring a donation of art supplies. Look for me downstairs near the free photo booth! On December 19th I will be at the Petaluma Craft Mafia‘s “Running with Glitter Show” at the Petaluma Veterans Building on Petaluma Blvd. South.
In the meantime, if you can’t make it to any of my upcoming shows please visit my Etsy shop:
